I had to modify mine where it bolts to the frame and the fairing near the mirror mounts. While it wasn't the same one you're looking at, for the price, it's worth it.

 

Hum, well, the one I got is total crap. It wont even fit on the frame for 2 reasons, the lower area is to narrow cause they have poor craftsmanship and there is too much material inside and second, it is above the wholes becuase it wont slide all the way down, cuase the top of the upper mount hits the new part. Very low quality. I am requesting a refund. We will see how that goes, ha.

 

I needed to spend about 30 minutes grinding and sanding mine to get it to fit. If you can do that it saves the headache. You could use a spreader to make it fit?
