Front fairing removal

Pretty simple. Just take the mirrors off, the screws about your air duct covers/beside your gauges, the three on each side behind the turn signals, and last you have the small black clips in the wheel arch. Then just unplug the wiring harness from the gauges and you're good to go.
That process takes less than ten minutes.

Don't forget the mirror bolts, it definitely won't go anywhere with those still attached.
The headlight should have a couple little plugs stuck into the fairing stay, and some other parts of the upper, like the intake tubes, have to slide into the right spot. So it won't just slip off, but a little wiggle will get it removed.
If you happen to have a tall stool or something that you can put in front of the bike, you can set the fairing on it after you pull it off so you can unhook the cable harness. Otherwise you just have to play a balancing game with your knees (not that hard, just easier if you don't have to worry about it).
The whole process is not that hard, just go do it
