Front Brake Disc Warped
I recently put my CBR600 F4i (Just over 5K Miles) through MOT and the garage told me my front disc had warped. They told me that the eyelets between the mounting bracket and the disc should move and all I need do was use WD40 and tighten a nut and bolt and turn until they are free. I have also been told that they shouldnt move and all I need to do is give some hard braking.......Can anyone advise on what to do...?

I decided to replace my disks as I couldn't put up with the juddering any more...
Replace both, otherwise you will be pulling to one side more than the other.
Obviously get new brake pads also, braking won't be great until you've got a fair few miles on them, but then it will feel like a dream!
Its all that hard braking you've been doing that's warped one of them!
Hope it works out, I remember they are not that cheap!

Almost 300 for rotors ouch with that link. There expensive
I replaced one and have no ill effect. Wonder why you say you would get pulling from one side vs the other. Never seen this before. If one side is good and you replace the other side with a good one and both rotors function correctly I see no way it would do this.
