frame sliders

I'm looking to get a set of frame sliders that don't require cutting the fairing. I came across a type DHM - Double Hard Mushrooms which has a bracket that attaches to the frame of the F4i. Has anyone here tried these out? Below is a link to an image where it's mounted.

Those sure seem high as far as protecting the bottom of plastics. I haven't seen those before.

they look funny, but the will do thier job and save frame. im not sure what will be the pivot point when its laid down on the alternator side, so in case you wont crack the cover.

why get the no cut fairings frame slidersif they arent as good as the cut frame sliders

My opinion, without any analysis, is that if you put those on and go down hard, the frame member it's attached to is going to get damaged.
