fork oil

Default fork oil

is the fork oil belray good or the pj1 i dont know which is better. and what kind of oil do i exactly need for my f4i. also did anyone every try pro moly leak proof fork seals

OEM honda oil is what you need for your honda. And no I haven't tried those fork seals, the oem's lasted me 30,000 miles last time.

Thats what I use. The oem stuff has lasted so well I don't see room for improvment.

I use OEM seals and Silkolene oil in the 600 (but only 'cause they're a contingency sponsor. Honda Oil is fine).
