hey all, im going to be changing the oil in my front forks and have read a fe articles which have thrown me off track a little... they all stated that each company has their own rating system for oil weight.. i was wondering which fork oil you guys use (brand and weight)... i do a lot of street riding (almost everyday) and i also do about 10 track days a year so i want something thatll suit those needs... any help??

 

I went with the Honda brand oil and went with the weight that the owners manual said to use
