Default First Conversion

Ok folks, here's the deal, I'm looking to do a seat conversion on my first F4i. It's an 06 and the banana seat is killing me. I've looked just about every where on line. What exactly will I need to get in order to make the conversion to the split seat?

Why would you buy a bike you don't like? Anyway, good luck on the conversion, post some pics when you are done.

What is it about the banana seat that's killing you? If you're talking about the look than I know what you mean but if your talking about comfort than you got yourself in a jam becuase the banana seat version provides way more comfort than the solo seat version...

+1 the 'nana seat is way more comfy... dont get me wrong, i love the look on my split seat convo but i do miss the comfort that the 'nana seat gave me. the split seat hurts my crotch on long rides

No I'm definitely in love with my bike, but like with anything else, there is always something to make it just that much better. If I didn't like the bike I would have gone a completely different direction to begin with.

By the way, thank you for the input. I really do appreciate it. I'll make sure to post pictures as soon as it's all done.

I would ride an uglyPink Katana before a good looking bike that hurt my crotch. Themost importantpart of owning a motorcycle is to make your crotch HAPPY, you know, chicks and stuff, right?

I like having a happy crotch.
