Default Fender Eliminater and Rear Hugger

Hey fellow CBR riders,

I was wondering what is the best fender eliminator for a 2001 F4i 600. I want to remove that stock fender (mud flap) and make the bike look a bit cleaner. I search around and couldn't find one that has large or bright light. Some one told me "hotbodies" was good but pricey. Or would a undertail be better on this bike. I also want to get a rear hugger as well. Can someone help me out on what company is better or what you think look better. Here is a pic of my bike now.

I'm still rocking the "mud flap"!

But it's personal opinion really. I like what hotbodies has to offer, and will pay more for a quality product. If you hunt something down on ebay, you run the risk of it being a terrible product.

Nah, I don't, sorry. lol. I don't remember a lot it seems. But it depends on which one. I'm looking into buying one and it uses the same brake light, however the turn signals are small little bars, and it has a light for the plate. I haven't heard anything bad about it.

A quality well made product that you could make yourself for 10-20 bucks depending on what gauge metal you want to use.

Ive got a quick question: I have the stock plastic hanging bracket with license plate area and license plate light and large rear 80's turn signals...I have seen some fabrication on this site regarding cutting this down...Where, how high up, can I cut this hanging plastic flush across so it looks decent and I wont lose the functionality of the turn signal lights and trunk lock? Is this possible? I assume I will have to lose the license plate light? I just want to cut as high as I can without losing much (i.e lock to truck and rear turning signal lights)

At the lip just below the lock?? Seriously though, all you have to do is look at it. It's no a rubix cube.

Hotbodies undertail
I would not get one that removed the stock brake lights. I haven't seen any that are as bright... to me bright brake lights are important The turn signals on this one are not near as bright as the factory ones but I can live with that.

@ usetheffours

I agree with you, on the stock lights. I was wondering what year your bike is? I was looking to find one that will fit my bike the same way. I have a 2001 CBR 600 F4i and looking to find a Undertail or a Eliminator that would not remove my stock light. Right now, I'm leaning towards the undertail thou.
