Hi, I've got a 2002 cbr600f4i. Someone crashed into it recently, their insurance have paid out and I need a whole new set of panels. Been looking on eBay and there are hundreds. But the ones I want have a different seat! I have one of those double seats (or bananna seat) and the panels are want look like they have split seats. Where can I get the split seat? And will they fit on the same connections as the banana seat???????

You have and 02 f4i with the nanner seat? dont think so.
01-03 split seat
04-06 has nanner seat

the front plastics are the same. only the tail plastic is different.
there are many threads on cbrforum about ebay sellers and fairings.

To ans your question... the subframes are dif btwn the two styles. You'll need the subframe/battery tray/tail cowl for the style.

You have a banana seat model F4i. You'll need plastics for that model if you're simply wanting to replace.

If you want to do the split-seat conversion, you'll need the '01-03 subframe, battery tray, tail cowl, seats, etc. See my tutorial (link in my sig) for help w/ that, if that's what you want to do. Feel free to contact me for assistance.
