Default F4i windscreen help

Hello i am new to this forum and new to bike riding (just bought my bike 2 weeks ago). I am planning to install an aftermarket smoked windscreen that i purchased on ebay sometime this week on my 2001 f4i. the only problem is, i can't seem to go about getting the nuts on the bottom of the screw. the ones up top are easier to get but the ones near the bottom seems almost impossible because my hand will not fit in between the handlebars and the windscreen. even if i get the screws/nuts off how will i go about holding the nut in place when i'm trying to install the smokescreen back on. any information will help! thanks a lot!

I didn't have any problems with dismounting stock windscreen on my F4i. There were only HEX bolts by the perimeter with no nuts.
But if yours have the nuts then try using long needlenose pliers as regener8ed suggested.

Why don't you just remove the whole fairing? And when you put the new one, go to the hardware store with your wind screen and get some rubber inserts with the metric nuts molded in them. Or buy a kit off ebay.

Mine had the rubber inserts. Then there's no issue. That's ideal.
