Default F4i vs RR

Hey everyone.

I'm new to Hondas and just purchased a 2004 CBR600 F4i. I was wondering.....Whatare the main differences between my bike and a 600 RR?

Thanks.

Yeah I thought some joker would actually say that. Not really helpful though, thanks anyway. You're the guy who surfs the forums just waiting to pounce on the new members aren't you?!

Actually I tried 5 different searches for this info and came up with hundreds of posts. None of which really answered the question well. Most were not even about this subject. I put in the exact phrase of my post here and came up with a bunch of non-helpful posts. Just like the one above.......

The F4i has a much less agressive stance, 1K less RPM.

The RR has an undertail exhaust, inverted forks and radial mounted brakes. There are other differences but that's a good start.

The search is a good thing to use even though answering questions is what keeps the forums busy and alive.

Welcome!

suspension, minor engine, seating position, CG, obvious physical looks. it isnt hard to find exacts but when it comes down to it, what do you feel better on. RR is slightly faster but all depends on rider and setup.

dual stage injection is the bigget difference, engine wise. its more responsive and has a nice kick to it.
i think everyone covered everything else.

01 and 02 F4i's are pretty much the same as the rr's now,, they toned done the f4i's when the rr's came out.So they could mass produce the bike,, the F4i is a better stunt bike to, personally speaking!

The 01 and 02 had inverted forks and all the other differences noted above? I think you're on crack.
