Default F4i Street fighter?

I recently purchased a 01 f4i. The front fairing headlight speedometer bracket are broken. I was thinking about just going streetfighter. anyone have any opinons on this? plus most of the streetfighters i see dont have a speedometer. can u hook one up when its like that or is the bracket too long? Also where is a good place to find the parts i need cheap? or should i buy oem?

I debated doing this. It's just changing up the wiring a bit, and not sure how it'd work without a speedo.

If this "bracket" you're referring too is the fairing stay, you can pick a replica up off ebay for like 60-65 bucks. For both pieces too, I might add.

it wasnt to bad to put on but it held together with zip ties, the straps that came with it went around the forks and screwd up all the wiring out of place so I had to rig it up like I said w zip ties

and with the speedo just had to rearange some things around
cell phone pic

if u have any questions ill help out with any thing

oh yeah and I got this one one ebay for around 50 bucks and to fit the speedo on there I had to take off the crappies wind screen

You could shorten the wires if you really wanted, or just bundle them and zip tie them to the forks.

As far as the highway, you just kinda deal with the wind. Not many streetfighters I've seen do many highway trips anyways.
