f4i problems please help

Also the tip over sensor is in the nose of the front fairing and it needs to be in the right position or the bike will just turn over and not start.

so i tested the pink wire on the ignition today and i got 9.54 volts
its supossed to be getting 9 volts but would 9.54 work?
also does the rectifier do anything with spark?
when i was trying to get it to start i was pushing a ton of volts through the battery cables cuz my battery was dead and beyond charging would that mess anything up?
i wasnt using jumper cables or a battery box i was using one of these

and had it on like high setting

i dont know very much, as i am a new rider myself, but i had a friend tell me that he blew a fuse in his bike becasue he jumped it with a car. maybe you blew a fuse by trying to jumtp it so many times with that charger. again i am a rook and dont know for sure i just wanted to throw that out there
