Follow the diagram on the air box. It shows where all the lines go.

The hose that goes to 1 and 4 throttle bodies also goes to the pressure regulator. The 5 port tee that you have open goes to the MAP sensor.

It's also on the diagram if you look closely.

Oh ok so I have it wrong then the one I connected to map sensor goes to fuel pressure regulator and the open one missing hose is for the map sensor then.

Makes sense now the one I thought was for air box on left side goes to fpr and the open port missing hose is for map sensor. Ill try staring it later in the afternoon since issue before was not getting fuel, but pump is priming so I hope missing vacuum to fpr gives it fuel to fire up.

All those little hoses are tough to keep track of! I've had them drop out of sight or gotten them mixed up multiple times and (just had this idea) might try color coding them with some bright colored tape or fluorescent marker next time I have to pull them...

I got all vacuum hoses figured out now but I found that my idle screw adjuster was removed when bike was stolen too after removing throttle bodies. Im assuming that is why no fuel and start since they say it changes air/fuel mixture if im right.
