I guess I am only talking to myself here but whatever
First problem has been located, one of the pins inside the black connector to ECU has snapped right off! Half of it is still inside the connector and I have no idea how to get it out of there

But anyway for now I tried to just poke a wire in there best I could to see how it acts and boom bike works great, not sure if this will fix the problem with cutting out at 8000rpm since I cant go drive when I have just a wire poked in there.

Need to somehow get the broken pin out and replaced but god knows how.. Then I can go test it.

I'm following you, just don't have anything to offer at the moment.
Keep up the good work though. You are more than likely helping someone else out in the future.

Nah, I'm listening! I just have no aptitude when it comes to electronics...

Can you insert a small punch or screwdriver from the other side to push the broken pin out? Tweezers or really thin needle nose pliers to pull it out?

Couldnt get the snapped pin out anyhow sadly, but i soldered the wire in there so I could go test drive it and it revs over 8k in every gear happily all the way to redline

Bike seems to have the same problem again!! But it's now its even more strange when the bike is cold it revs great, then it hits the operating temperature and thats when it starts to die at 8k-9k rpm, then after driving for like 15minutes it works just like its supposed to! After bike cools down its the same thing over again.
And is 1.2ohms at stator yellow wires too much? I read somewhere it should be 0.1 to 1.0

Seems like all along it was the rectifier regulator slowly failing, swapped it for a new one and so far no issues been riding all day today! Fingers crossed the r/r was the issue. Just weird how no one else has had the problem that r/r cuts out at an exact amount of rpms.

Electrical **** is like magic to me, beyond the very basics, I just don't get it and am too old for new learnin'. Glad you were able to figure it out and hope your late summer/fall riding is worry free!
