F3 headlight convert to f4i
Can someone help me out. I bypassed the relays and hooked it straight up so low beam is just the left but the high beam is just the right i need the high beam to work both lights.

Trick,
what are you trying to do? are you placing a f4i headlight on to the f3 and now you want to actuate the high beam?
just keep in mind when you have both the left and the right lights running on the f4i that mean you are using both the high and low beam.
one side is for the low and the other for the high.
lol we have his name, where he lives, and pictures of his bike now.
*calls the po po*
lol j/k.
maybe.
But yeah, Something's screwey with the wiring obviously.By defaultthey're both supposed to be on.I'd dig thru the shop manual and try to sort it out with the wiring diagrams, or find someone with a similar bike and disect it to trace back what goes where.

see i know it involves a relay but there are three on the headlight so if you look at the way i wried them up and tell me where i should throw a relay in and which one. Im not the best at looking at a wiring diagram in manuals tooooo complicated.

you would want a relay taking the power of the high to the relay and run the power wire from 87a to the low beam to activate it when your highs are on. I believe that is the pin that switches on and off
