So, I have a 2001 CBR F4i that has the stock exhaust. I searched on the net and found that the M4 Hi-Mount exhaust shipped from www.exoticsportbike.com was $354.99 shipped to Denver, CO. So, I ordered it on 2/11/10. Well after 12 calendar days of waiting there has been no updates to my order status, no answers to my emails, and their customer service answers maybe every 20th time I call. When I tell them my order number they simply put me to an automated system to leave a message which of course, you guess it, they never return my phone call.

Has anybody else received poor customer service from this company? I did a search on the net about their customer service (of course after I placed the order) and they were all negative experiences!

So, I would like your opinion of this vendor to see if I should cancel my order. Also, forgot to mention they charged my card twice yesterdayfor the same amount and this is yet another issue I have to deal with them about.

At this point I want to pay the extra $35 or so $ to get the exhaust from M4 directly!

first they make it seem like they are based out of SD on their website but are incorporated in NJ....I'd call the NJ BBB/authorities and get your money back....Also call VISA and despute the charges and if it was a credit card(not debit) then you wont be responsible for the charges until after they investigate the despute, i am sure that the company will start talking to you when you have visa take the money back...good luck!

 

Horid company!!! Thats been my experience. I'll never use them for anything ever again. I ordered a hugger from them, first they sent the wrong one, then they wouldn't let me return it, I eventually sold it for what it cost me to a guy who had the correct bike...for the hugger... then bought my new one straight from the factory.

 

Well with the number of complaints against the company it really would be crazy for me to continue wait for my exhaust. I really wish I ordered it from a reputable company the first time around !!! I am just going to have order it from M4 direct and wait now . Time to inform my credit card company and let them deal with them ...
