Exhausts

NO. The purpose of exhaust replacement isn't weight savings, it's the HP boost from throwing more oxygen through the cylinders. That's why slipons don't do much - you're still choking the engine with the stock manifold.

Bama, hope you find what you want. Here's a short article you might enjoy reading. http://www.motorcycleparts-accessori...e-exhaust.html

to answer the op's question. I like the LOR best. Only heard it on a few and it sounds good but like what's been said before, it's mainly a look, weight savings thing and probably a little performance over stock. I like it because it is really the only pipe that looks motogp inspired for the f4i and I like that look a lot. I have a shorty hindle pipe that sounds killer. it's grumbly and can scream but not annoying open header scream. It just doesn't look the best.
As for akrapovic...it looks cool because the name tag on the pipe. the pipe design is pretty much identical to just about all general sport bike slip ons. same goes for muzzy, jardine, micron, the older two brothers(chrome with yellow script), D&D. The norm seems to be round or oval can with a generic outlet. I like a little originality...the yoshimura trs, scorpion makes a few cool pipes, the LOR, newer two brothers, and probably a few more.
