Akrapovic is a good exhaust however does not always make the most HP for the money....I have done a lot of research in exhaust....M4 on a GSRX 1000 for example made the most HP of any other pipe...I do however like them but like buddy said....they are way overpriced...especially since the others are improving in build quality by leaps and bounds....I could not find any comparisons on the F4i though....however on mine it gave me 102hp when I had it put on the dyno...I have bmc, pcIII usb (not a custom map), and a fully M4...And the guy said with a custom map I could expect another 1 or 2 hp gain...Exhaust choices are hard to make...Everyone has their own opinion....Good luck...

hard to make is no lie. i feel the more i research about them the more confused i get lol. A guy at the bike shop was telling me that i would not have to get a powercommander tho, since it's fuel injected. just tweak my stock cid.
im thinking if i can get this m4 exhaust off ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEWAX%3AIT
for a good deal i might go for it. then just get a KNN or BMC.
if the price on that gets too high im thinking about maybe this for my slip on
http://www.dan-moto.com/cbr-600-f4-0...oduct-155.html
not looking to send a ton of money just for a few hp or sound. looking for the best deal i can find. unless i fix my atc 250r and sell it. then i might blow some money for a full system, i doubt it tho lol.

well...I would say get the M4 if the price is right...I hate to confuse you already more than you have been however....that GP pipe seems like something that was made to look good however there is probably not much engineering behind it....You may end up loosing power...especially for 100$...I doubt it was built using research (dyno, flowbench ect.) Just my opinion....tks

Lol...I hope the price stays low too so you can get your M4 or whichever exhaust you decide to go with. As long as you NOT get D&D...I can't stand riding next to someone with that exhaust.

I got the Akrapovic exhaust on my F4i and I'm running the PC III USB. I really luv my setup

lol will do...guess i'll just keep my eye out for deals on ebay. ya diffently not going with DnD just always hear bad things about them. The guy at the bike shop said LeoVance is pretty good...but im sure they'll charge about a grand for it...think ima just stick with ebay until i find a good deal
