Hello all! Lot of very smart individuals in here with tons of great info! I am building a buggy with a 2006 CBR 600 Fi motor. Was wondering if anyone knows if she will run with out the evap canister and the evap control solenoid. I will be coming to this site for a few questions I am sure. I hope to turbo the engine once I get it running! One thing at a time I figure. The entire project is a learing experiance for me.

It will run but you'll need to have a PC3 and have it mapped to run properly

 

yea should run. FI light might come on but it will run. i recommend a t25 if you want a usable power band.

 

i have found that on the f4i that the garrett GT25r (known also as a GT2554r) does quite nicely. its ball bearing and spools quite faster than a previous t25 mitsu turbo. they're not cheap, we paid about 900 for one new. in reality, 900 for a new ball bearing turbo is not bad at all.
