I am out $205 from a fairing i supposedly bought and have not gotten any response from him at all

 

Man...that's no good at all.
Did you already file complaint through ebay?
They should do something about it...
And if you payed with Paypal, then I think they'll refund yoru money straight up.
Hope it all gets resolved in the end man.

Sorry to here one of my F4I brothers got taken. We should all list ebayers we have had problems with. I tryed to buy frame sliders from supply n demand the guys a jerk !!! he would change his prices at the last moment

 

yea, the complaint is being processed...i wont know anything until that is done

 

if you used your credit card they will credit you for it.I only use credit cards for things over 100.00.

 

ebay is showing that either he hasnt sold anything in the past 6 months or you havnt givin him anyfeed back yet.... and hes got another ebay account! so i donno whats up with that... and that hes never givin anybody else feedback for the items that they have sold to him.. most of it is good feedback that he has recieved.. you gotta give him bad feed back so he doesnt screw anybody else over...

 

Ok, i just got my fairing in the mail, thank god...But i already started a complaint with paypal with him and had to cancel it. Even with the complaint, he didnt contact me....5-6 emails on ebay and 5-6 on his own yahoo.com email... no response, that was bad business if you ask me
