Default dying at low rpm's

the past 2 days ive rode my bike it has died when slowing down. it starts great rides great just when it heats up a bit and im comeing to a stop light or something with low rpm's it will die. no lights come on or anything like that. yesterday i came to a small hill and i felt it getting lower rpms so i tried to give it gas and it took it a min to kick in. i pulled over turned it off back on and took off fine is this a sign my fuel filter is bad or going bad?

Sounds like you need a tune...

Check fuel filter...if dirty brown cannot blow thru, change it.

Check sparks plug...how it looks? If it's due, change it.

Check air filter...ditto

Check all spark coil wire, any corrosion...

Check idle screws...is it set too low...

did the issue start right after you had the tank off? check around for vacuum leaks from hoses that may have been left off. also look to see if one of the fuel lines have been kinked. your idle set at 1300 is fine.

do you have a serviceable air filter that you cleaned? they will not idle worth a damn if they are a tad bit wet.

when you're looking around, see if there is fuel in the vacuum line at the FPR. it's a common failure part, and should be checked frequently.

NGK plugs are good.

your bike is fuel injected. that means the there are minimal adjustments that you can do, the bike takes care of that for you. if its not running right, there is a problem.

There is a diagnostic plug under the seat, on the harness, on the right side. Jump the wires together, and count the blinks of the light.

9 fast blinks then one long one does this mean just 9 or does it mean 19? if its 9 someone said something about a iat sensor what is this and where is it located? also just in case it is 19 where is the ignition pulse sensor located also?
