Default Dual seat conversion

ok so i know theres been tons of rite ups about this but can someone give me a grocery list of parts need to convert from the banana to split seat?

im sick of chicks coming into my seat and crushing my stuff. god its annoying.
i herd the split seat isnt as comfortable as the banana. is that true? i was thinking to recover the seat when i get it so maybe i can add some stuffing or something.

any ideas on this or the grocery list? also i was thinking to get all new plastics seeing as learnign wheelies does a number on the plastics. who makes some good split seat plastics?

thanks!!!

Both front and rear seats

The pegs will not work and the stock exhaust will not work also. You need the frankenstein bolts, the tank bolts, and the seat screws for the front seat.

what are you talking about. From the 03+ version or the 01 version. Why would you need different screws to screw in the front seats? it screws into the same Subframe it used to bolt on...

and why do you need tank bolts? The tank isn't even moving.

it's simple

banana seat = no bolts
split seat = the front seat has 2 bolts towards the back that go into the subframe itself.

and 04+ is different, not 03+...03 models have the split seat

might consider this, since you have the bare aluminum frame...sandblast that **** before you put it on...looks like it belongs there.

I didn't order the special bolts from honda, the frankenstein bolts are like 16 bucks a piece, unless you ever intend on using a cargo net then just use regular bolts with washers. I went and picked up all the bolts I needed at a local auto parts store that sells stainless steel allen button screws.

for just mounting the exhaust the right side peg will work but not for riding passengers(lol)...for now I just bolted up that side using one bolt
