Default drag raced for the first time

I ran the f4i at the dragstrip for the first time. I never raced before so I know I can run better than I did. My 60 ft time was 2.00 and my quarter was 11.92 at 118.9. Next time I can get a better time. Just curious on what times anyone else has ran.

I dont bother drag racing a 600cc bike lol. If/when I drag a bike, it will be in excess of 1000cc's n 200 RWHP!

12 flat, similair 60ft times, mid 90s gixxAH!!! with a sprocket was running mid 11s, the 1ks only do 11 flats-10.9, not worth it if you ask me

the new 600RR does the 1/4 in 10.6, im sure the 1k do it in low 10s and the busas do it in 9.7

Good job, sounds decent, but I'm all about the turns because it's all about the rider instead of the hp.

My bike has been pretty awesome in my group's races - beaten all but one 600 I've gone up against. Haven't had the chance to make it down to the actual strip, though. Definitely want to. Pretty sure I can get mid to low 11s.

Thats also with a professional rider on piloting the bike who can actually launch it properly. If I recall the F4i was 10.7 roughly in the quarter in magazine tests.

Are you seriously trying to say that drag racing ISN"T about the rider? Never mind, that would be foolish.

Well if you line up a 1k and 600, chances are even if the 1k has a terrible launch, it'll catch up just out of sheer CCs.

If they're similar bikes, though, then hell yeah it's rider skill. I beat a 750 once because the guy botched the launch hardcore.

Yes that's my opinion. It's more about the horse power than the rider when you are dealing with a straight line situation. No need for name calling dude!
