That doesnt seem like a terrible deal. I bought my 02 f4i (flawless) this past April with 2700 miles on it for 5,000 as well. With 21,000 miles I would have expected it to be closer to 4k, but you did fine. There incredible bikes that hold their value well. Also depends on what part of the country your in, I bought mine in Manchester, NH (private sale) and thats the going rate round here. I got 5500 miles now and could easily flip it for 4600-4800, but im enjoying it too much. Have fun and ride safe, peace!

 

i paid 4500 for my 02 F4i with 4800 miles on it. It had a Yosh slip on and brand new Pilot Powers. The only problem was it had a small scratch from being dropped in a truck. I knew he wasnt lying because he was one of my friends cousins. You paid too much but if its your first bike you will think it is priceless, which it is. Go out and have fun. who cares how much you paid and what others think of it. Have fun and ride safe.

 

Thanks to everyone here. Im not going to kill myself on what i paid i love the bike and i am enjoying every second of it. I do have to thank my amazing wife you didnt hold me back from getting one of my dreams.

everyone in their life will overpay for somthing. the question you ask yourself in 5 years is, would i have paid double for what i bought now that i know how much i enjoyed it. if the question is yes then you saved money.. i already know i woulda paid double for my car, now since i already have spent double on my F4i in addons i wanna sell it. but then again im weird like that.. still the bike is total ownage and i love it. I guess after you paid off somthing and you own it, its always nice to have it sitting around whenver you want to ride.

 

I paid 7200 for my 06'cbr600f4i brand new last month. Like 2 miles on the damn thing. I love it to death and woulndt have any other bike out there. If you like it and enjoy riding it and its not a burden on your bank... No harm cause right???

I payed 7200 for my 06 f4i with 1 mile on it three months ago.No regrets ,love the bike so much ive already put 5300 miles on it ..

 

I paid 4000 for my 02 and it only had 2800 miles on it. It had been let down by the previous owner in a parking lot so there were a few minor scratches on the right side. 4 grand bought the bike, a joe rocket jacket and gloves, bike stand for rear tire, 4 quarts of gn4 honda oil, clymer manual, kryptonite disk lock, bike cover; and the bike came with an rs-3 polished slip on and k&n filter. I thkn you could have gotten your for a little cheaper especially for this time of year.

 

STOP !!! enjoy your bike it worth every penny to you ! and the guy who sold it to you. look at all the fun your going to have. Put it this way,that deal islike a sore dick ya can't beat it !

 

Paid 4600 for my 02 last year with 7000 on the odo. was stock in mint condition. i was happy with the price(prolly couldve paid 1000 less in the winter but wanted it for the summer so was stuck with the price, but i love the bike and couldnt have been happier with the purchase of my first street bike these things rock!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Bought my 04 f4i for 5k with 860 miles on it, perfect and it had the rear fender eliminator. I handed him the cash and it was mine. This was my first bike and I am more then happy with my purchase as I plan to keep this bike for a while. When I decide to upgrade this bike will go to my wife and it will be with me for a while. As long as you’re happy with your bike, the price won’t make a difference.
