i just went throught this man. i bought a set of aftermarket and the colors didnt match and the f4i that was supposed to be white was sorta grayish. the red was no where close to the original color red and they were cheap looking as all hell. i picked up a set from the dealer including to cbr for the upper cowling cost me 168 but i rather pay that and have the bike perfect im also having a local shop put them on becuase i dont want to screw up 160 dollars worth of vinals. the place i bought those aftermarket ones were from replicals.com stay away from them

yoyo, i did some major research in the last 2 days regarding the decal situation. it seems that our bikes suck.. they have so many kits and replica set for many other models of the cbr family and even more so for yamaha and suzuki. that sucks, im about to paint my **** and i cant find any good custom decals for the f4i...

 

if your having the whole bike painted have the decals painted on. my freind said if he wasnt just fixing the right side of my bike he would perfer to paint on my stripes and f4i. he said if i wrecked again it would be easy to fix the scratches in painted on honda wing then replacing allthe decals again. so if you got todo your whole bike man u might want to look into geting them painted

 

im not looking for the wing decals. im looknig for decals that are as far as possible from the stock look .
im planning to buy either flames or my favorite the tribal wing decal that on the 06 600RR. also, these decal go under the clear coat so they look like paint. mainly, the design that im going for will be to expensive to have painted.

most likely im gonna go for the "cracked fairing look". i will show you guys what it looks like in few weeks when i go to the painter.
