Damn Fedex
I ordered an undertail with round led lights and intergrated turn signals, it took a week and a half for fedex to get it here and it was only comming from Georgia to North Carolina. It finally got here yesterday and the box looks like they ran over it with a truck, then I opened it only to find my undertail has a huge crack all the way across it. Tomorrow I have to ship it back to the person I bought it from and wait on them to file a claim.[:@] I don't know what they were thinking, the box has a huge red sticker on it that reads (FRAGILE). Now I have to wait even longer for another undertail.
That sucks man, When I ordered my new sprockets it tooke over a month to get them to me. I was pissed, than I called the company to see where they were and they thought I already had them so they had to send another set out. I was hopping in was going to get 2 sets for the price of one and just keep them both but I wasnt that lucky this time.
Sorry about your luck. It sort of makes you wonder, do FedexUPS have an entrance exam? I guess they passed the square peg round hole theory huh? I hope that everything gets straightened out for you to your liking.

I shipped a box threw them for 19 bucks, UPS wanted 42.00 and FedEx wanted 33.00 ... Those were 2nd day prices...
I'm in the same boat with Fed-Ex right now. I ordered some Proton flushmounts two weeks ago. They are supposed to finally be delivered this morning.
Fed-Ex USED to be much better than UPS. However, I have to agree that in the last couple of years USPS has them both beat. If I have to use a carrier that isn't USPS, I now prefer UPS. Their online tracking system is much better than Fed-Ex. For now, I ask for all shipments to be sent USPS Priority Mail, if at all possible. I usually get my stuff in 2 days, or 3 at the most.

UPS hard site to naviagate through. As far as fedex though they have always (knock on wood) have been customer friendly and ontime. Sorry to here about your negative experience. I always say that 1 person represents 1000.

Take it from A U.P.S employee, you don't want to ship any type of flexible plastics such as that. Be patient and wait
for the Cycle World Bike show to come around and purchase directly from a vendor. Many bike rallies carry such
items as well. The undertail can wait, it doesn't affect performance that much. Pay and carry out the product, you can't go wrong..
