Default Custom Paint Job

I just laid my bike over yesterday when i hit a patch of loose gravel goin around a turn. My left fairing is all scratched so i figured i'll jus completely repaint my bike. Right now i like how it is but i want to make it look sharper color wise. I want to keep the same tribal graphic on it, jus repaint it. I attached a picture of my bike, does anyone have any ideas of a good/unique color scheme?

Ya...don't do tribal...it's not 1998.

(FWIW, I've ALWAYS been a fan of the FZR 400's red white and blue theme...it's the prettiest bike Honda has ever, and will ever make IMO).

Must be going to a lot of "bike nights" then.

Do what you want, man. If you like your graphics, then what does it matter what people think about color?

I like the current color. Its classy, not flashy.

However, you can get other color/scheme ideas from all the pic threads on the forum.

Hope whatever you decide, goes well.

+1 i really like the colors of your bike.. if you want it to pop reverse the colors...
not to hate on your exhaust but man it just doesn't go well with the rest of the bike..
i would try to get a two bro's carbon fiber with either a shorter mid pipe or a high mount...
and maybe clean up the tail with integrated light or a nice under tail...

yeah, im a little tight on money right now but when i get extra money i'm getting an integrated taillight and a new undertail. and i was looking around on ebay an found some decals i like. i was thinking of maybe getting like a goldish color as a base paint and then dark maroon decals. here is the link for the decals i found:

INFERNO-Sportbike Graphics,Motorcycle Decals - eBay (item 110573479522 end time Apr-11-11 07:45:09 PDT)

does anyone think that it would look right with maroon decals and a goldish base? or what other colors would compliment the maroon and would also look good with chrome accents?
