Copper head gasket?

Hey guys does anyone know where I can get copper head gasket for my f4i otherwise I have to get one made?

I'm curious about this as well or even who sells a regular gasket of different thicknesses.

Are you doing turbo too?

I was wondering why you needed a copper gasket, what are the oem gaskets made of?

They are stronger and can take much more temperature, also they tend to be a bit thicker

Look what I found.
CBRZone Gaskets

You may want to contact them and see what they can do. I would think that most gasket companies are going to want to produce a batch so I'm guessing it would be pretty difficult due to the lack of demand.

I'm guessing you want to do this for a turbo application. Personally I wouldn't do it, unless you're trying to build a drag strip only bike, but should you decide to do so - it is not the end of the world. You would probably be best served by using a high quality standalone engine management to reduce your chances of det. This is a crazyish idea as well, but you could also run a larger turbo that only kicks in at high rpm, since it will produce less heat, and it hopefully won't kick in while you're in low/mid rpms going through corners. You could also try the other way around, by running a realllly small turbo to have very little lag, but of course it will produce more heat. All in all I think turboing a bike and keeping it streetable will prove very difficult.

ETA It appears Cometic also makes gaskets for our engines, so you may want to try them as well.
