Default Coffman Shorty Slip-on?

Any of you guys tried this exhaust? I just bought one and put it on. Seems well built. Sounds great. Installation was easy, and it even had a place to put the o2 sensor. It was pretty pricey for what I recieved, although cheaper than many other exhaust options. I love the look of the shorty, and was just wondering what your opinions were.

Bought one last year. Love the look and especially the sound. I was skeptical at first, wondering how they would deal with having correct back pressure in an exhaust so short (seeing lots of ebay specials that did not address this)... I spoke with the CEO of the company and he assured me it meets specs with the baffle.

I did replace it with the stock muffler. It's nowhere near as loud as my D&D pipe was on my yzf600r, but it is quite a bit louder than stock. It really has a nice crisp sound to it.

Are you running yours with or without the baffle? If with, have you run it without and how does the sound compare? Went to their site and I do like the way these look.

I had a D&D before and it seems to be on par with that in terms of sheer volume but the sound of the Coffman has a tad more low growl/bark to it. Hard to describe. I will take some pics tonight after work if i remember.

The look is far more cleaner with the Coffman and i can now remove the rear passenger foot pegs for an even cleaner rear end. (i Just need to figure out how to cut my stock undertail fairing for a new one and it will look pretty sharp all said and done).

Sorry yea running it with the baffle... I havent run it without as the thought of no back pressure doesnt sit well with me. Plus the thing is loud enough with the baffle... no need for any more noise imo.
