Default clicking suspension sound

Hi guys

I got a 2002 CBR600 f4i i bought used, like 6 months ago..

I have noticed that if I sit a passanger on my F4i, it will perform a strange clicking sound everything the person sits or stands, or when taking a bumps.

it sounds like if the suspension needs lubrication. it clicks and sounds like if something is going to break.

I lubricated the joints and all i could but it still does it.

Anybody knows were i should be looking exactly?

It seems to come from the Upper part of the rear suspension (shock)

if you have spools on your rear swingarm, located a little away from the axle, they hit the silencer and cause a metallic click... they also cause a dent in the silencer!!

no swingarm spools neither.

it doesnt have any extra addon. its stock just for the stuff on my signature.
the sound came like from suspension/chassis/frame under the tank, or front seat.

Have someone bounce while you check for extra play/ wobble.

That's what I thought too, but if it were too tight you'd hear clicking on deceleration or if it were too loose you'd hear clicking on acceleration - regardless of passenger or not.
My guess is to check the torque of all subframe bolts. with passenger on there, that's a lot more leverage since they're seated back much further than rider.

I'm not familiar with the adjustment on the '02 but on my '06 I need to set the preload to one or two stops from maximum with a passenger. Where is yours set?

Off-beat suggestions:
1> The back end will bounce more with a passenger... check if anything under the passenger seat (i.e. in the boot, say toolbag) is bouncing/clicking
2> Check if the back seat is loose, sometimes it doesnt fit into the lock properly
