Default Cheapest way of tuning F4i fork for the track?

I know Racetech makes a quite of few products for F4i forks. But would like to get into Racing, but would like to stiffen and tune the forks to take to the road-course track. What woud be the cheapest way of tuning a 2002 fork?

Not to come off like a newb, are inverted forks really better for the track? More track ready tunable than regular forks?

The reason both the forks are better is that they are stiffer. With conventional forks the smalll, inner portion (upper tube) is very long and susceptible to flexing. By making that portion only as long as the travel and placing at the bottom of the fork inverted forks are stiffer but usually heavier as well.

or u could just have some fork work dont to your current forks... get them re valved with better valves and put new seals in them and have it set up at a track...

but in the long run for a track bike ide go inverted... just my 2 cents...
