Where might i be able to pick up some cheap fairings..no one around me has them and i would like to buy some for a little less thn $600.00

right now i am bidding on some and if i win i will get them for $412.00 shipped..but thats not likely..anywhere else?

 

just keep looking on ebay. i just bought an upper from rockwall performance on ebay for like 110$. its not the highest quality and fitment was a little bit of a pain but for 110 i cant complain.

 

if you dont want OEM ebay hass them all day long for 400-600 shipped. they have everything from oem color schemes to race replicas ( i want the repsol eventually) Just make sure you stay away from the pvc and fiberglass ones and look for the abs plastic. Make sure you check feedback about any fitment problems also

 

Pm me your bike and I will get you a price. Definatelyshould be able to get some aftermarket skins to you for under $600.

 

Try the dealer first. I got a side fairing from the dealer for about $425. It came with all the decals in place, ready to go. Not all that bad a deal!

why is plastic better then PVC or fiberglass?

i see all 3 o0n there, and they are all about the same price.

I dont know first hand, but ive heard the fiberglass ones on ebay are flimsy as f*ck... i guess they make cracking noises while taking them out of the box they are shipped in... thats what i have heard. Not too sure about the PVC ones though.

 

holy ****...was that just one side?? damn they raped you if it was. i can get all the fairingsmint for about $500.

 

OEM or replica? Nothing beats OEM for quality and fit.
