are there any kits made for this year f4i to change to a center exhaust
like the newer models?

 

Not that I have ever seen, that would take alot of work to get that routed.

 

+1 You'd have to completely alter the bike. It be cheaper to buy an RR. Stick around, there's lots of F4i owners here.

First off, Welcome to the site!
Ive never seen a F4i with a center-up exhaust,would be a HUGE project.
Post the question in the F4i forum and you'll get alot more responses

 

Believe it or not I have seen a picture of this done. It was at Argo Cycles in NH and basically looked awful. It was routed around the swingarm and wasn't worth a damn imo. I'll try to find the picture again. I know that they don't still have the bike.

actually hotbodies had one and it looked alright but they no longer offer it

 

i have saw a picture of one done before but it was kinda a crappy job. to do it right your gonna have to fab on the complete rr subframe and prolly the swingarm. the swingarm is a pretty easy swap but the subframe takes aolt of work. since i did my swingarm conversion ive been thinking about the under tail but i dont like the look ofd the rr undertail, so ive been throwing around the thought of the 05+ r1 undertail with the dual exhaust. but it is alot of fabrication work

 

wow nice work for whoever did that but man does that look bad...i would rather stick with the side echaust
