Default Carbon fiber or titanium

So I'm looking to finally put a slip-on on my 2001 F4i, and was wondering if people could put in their two cents on whether I should get the Yosh titanium exhaust or pay the extra money and get the carbon fiber. Is there really a difference is what I am asking. Thanks.

CF stays cooler. If you carry chicks less chance of cooked parts.

Plus I LOVE the look of real Carbon Fiber.

Is that the only difference? Stays cooler. I am not sure that difference is worth the extra $60. I must be missing something.

i think for CF all of the other parts are still SS or aluminum, which gets hot...but titanium...it's all ti...at least it better!

there's really not much difference...i guess CF is more bling than Ti...oh yea...cf will fade with time.

Ok, then I'll just go with the titanium and use the money I save to buy Dainese gloves . Plus, if my girl burns herself it is her own fault. I tell her every time we ride to get on and off on the "NON EXTREMELY HOT BIG TUBE SIDE." She's done a good job so far.

It all depends on the system. I think you will find that most "titanium" slip-ons have the same SS or aluminum hardware and a stainless mid-pipe. Very few full systems are full titanium. Titanium is kind of hard to work with, so if any machining, bending, or welding has to occur then the price will easily surpass CF, Aluminum or Stainless.
