If the bike went down hard enough to destroy the plastic, check the:

clutch and brake levers
pegs - brake and shifter
are the turn signals attached?
forks bent?
oil in odd places like under fuel tank?

Good luck

Werd. How many miles are on this sound bike that you speak of? 300 sounds pretty good for a full set of fairings.

You must be talking about those ebay fairing set from Hong Kong. $500 is about the price you have to pay for the whole set. Even if you find a supplier here in the US, they probably cost for more than $500. Just a reminder though, many of those fairing from Hong Kong doesnt fit right and quality isnt good. You have to get it from a reputable seller. I've good things from people who bought their fairings from ming88 and auctmarts on ebay.

in addition to the above: tires and brakes are a good thing to check

I once bought a bike with ahole in therear tire. It held air long enough for the test ride

the difference in the racing fairings is that they don't have hole for the headlight, and also the tail is only one piece race tail without the option of a passenger seat...and also check if they have the holes for the blinkers, or you might have to drill them...
good luck with the bike-3200$-very good price...
