i just got my f4i and was itching too see if i got a lemon or not so i rode 80 miles round trip 32 when i left 27 at night on the way back my hands were ice cycles lol but learned i got a jem so worth it (IL weather) and this was early dec the great IL salting has not started

take the rain, but miss sun every day all day. You can keep the smog.

Heh, the smog down here in LA isn't too bad. You should see how clear it is after it rains. I think Winter/Spring are my fav seasons here in LA. The rain clears the roads and skies and it doesn't get too cold here. Summer/Fall are the seasons that suck for me. It gets hot and dry out here and that's uncomfortable IMO. In the fall you get a lot of leaves and santa ana winds on the roads which is something that makes me nerves in the canyon (specifically the Snake or ACH) I mean it was 72 degrees yesterday! 72 degrees in January LOL! Cold for me is about 40 degrees (I know, I'm lame, but that's what happens when you have the best weather :-P) but even then I still ride. You are more than welcome to come ride down here in Los Angeles

I also liked big tujunga canyon. I have relatives down there I might visit this year
just goto figure out how to get the bike there with a car loaded.
