couple of options would be to drill out and helicoil. Other would be to get a screw extractor from a kit they may sell at sears or something. Broken bolts can be a night mare I hate it death.
but thanx for the answers guys... i am yet to remove the cover i may get luck though it was a very clean break i may be able to even get it out with pliers we will see though...
That'll do it LOL. Ever try Hondabond? Best gasket sealer I've ever used. Back when I actually had a 900 motor in my 900, only gaskets in the motor were head and valvecover. Everything else was sealed with Hondabond and it never leaked a drop. I tore it down every winter to freshen bearings and buying gaskets got expensive.
A few weeks ago, I broke off a valve cover bolt... so I drilled out the center of the bolt and then pounded a torx driver into the hole with a hammer...LOL..
It backed right out.
Just a suggestion, and I can't guarantee your results will be similar.
(ya never know with broken bolts)
