Looking for advice on what I should get done maintenance wise. All advice is appreciated!

Just kidding (but we do live for the pics if you have any!). Given the extreme low mileage, I'd change out ALL fluids, check all the rubber components for any dry rot, and check brake pads for adequate material. Others more knowledgeable than I will likely chime in but that's where I would start...

Oh, and to add to the rubber components, that particularly includes tires! Even if they appear okay, I'd swap them out if they are more a 2-3 years old.

 

Brake fluid, oil, coolant, tires, fork oil. Check gas tank for corrosion/rusting. Then send it!
