Default Bought an 06 F4i w/ 6000 miles bone stock and mint
Looking for advice on what I should get done maintenance wise. All advice is appreciated!

I's start with oil/filter, coolant and brake fluids.
Air filter and plugs should still be in good shape.

Check the chain for wear/rust.

And post some pics!!!

Will do! Thank you for the advice! Would fork oil be anything to worry about? I'll post pics when I get home!

I would be changing the fork oil as well as the tyres in addition to the items Scott has listed.
