Default BIKE WONT START installed race plastics

I just installed some race plastics for my upcoming trackday and now my bike wont actually start. It turns over but its like theFI isnt there. Is there something in the wiring that will keep it from starting with out the headlight assemply plugged in? Is there some kind of relay i can put in to take care of this?

wow, i thought you were joking when you wrote the title for the thread.
um, im not sure about the headlight relay but did you change the tail fairing for race platics?
if you did; you might have hit the fuse box or disconnected some wire(s) there.
you didnt touch the tank, right?

OK. I still have the stock tail section on. I went down andput the stock upper back on and connected the only wiring harness that connects to the front head light and that includes the headlights, turnsignals, and some other little box. IS THAT THE BANK ANGLE SENSOR? If I plug in the wiring harness it starts, as soon as i disconnect, the bike dies. so what i am asking is what do i have to do to either rewire that or is there something else i can do to bypass that....

Honda installed a kill device that does not allow the bike to run without the headlights on. I don't know if there is a way to bypass that. But once the headlight is unplugged, it will kill the engine everytime.

Can you bypass the bank angle sensor??? yes, many racers do it. I personally do not suggest you do it. I remounted mine:

its there for a huge safety reason. I suggest you remount it.

That is just outright wrong! Where did you get your information???? Show me on a wiring diagram where the headlights are attached to something that would kill the engine.

As previously said, how would racers have their fairings on their bike????? From the way the problem was described, I'm 99.9999999999999999% sure its the bank angle sensor.

I know that on my bike which is a street bike and not a racing bike when I unplugged it, the engine died, and would not start. I should have clarified that. Sorry for the misinterpretation.
