first with any electrical problem, check your batteries voltage and connections
if that looks good check all your fuses
i think you're going to find a blown fuse in the circuit with your headlights, signals and bank angle sensor
i'd have to look at the wiring diagram to say 100% but that is my best guess without the manual in front of me

I actually found another thread here on CBRForums that completely described how to fix my problem to the T. It was a bad connection with the ground wire on my headlight/front end wiring harness, I took it off, cleaned it up, put some dielectric grease on it, slapped it together, and bam, a running bike again. And to think the Honda shop didnt have a clue to what was wrong with it, and wanted to charge me 120$ for 2 hours of 'looking at it" Let alone what they would charge me for parts... I love this forum. Saved me like 500 dollars so far haha.
