Bike wont Start

Default Bike wont Start

alright so i ran into this problem trying to start the f4i, it will constantly turn but nothing the fuel pump doesnt prime, we have power to the spark plug coils, but no juice goes to the plugs, we checked all four. the head lights work, but the fi light and oil light blinks, we were thinking bad ground but really didnt find a bad ground anyone know what this could be any help would be great thanks

hey F4ijones, see the other threads that I posted. I'm having FI trouble after installing flush mount signals..

its not throwin fuses, we checked all fuses, was thinking maybe the ecm or icm just wondering whats common for all four spark plug coils to not work, i dont thing all four would go bad at the same time.......im stumped anymore ideas would be great thanks

Hey 'jones..as it turns out my bike's FI was pooched cuz I had the headlight cowl sitting unevenly. This caused the Bank angle sensor to cut the fuel pump out. Do you need a manual?

Attach your headlight. Bank angle sensor needs to be attached for fuel pump to work.

That was the problem i was having..as soon as I levelled the headlight cowling, with the BAS attached, the fuel pump started right up....(after spending all day scratching my head!)

but why wouldnt we get fire through all four spark plug coils, we got fire to them just not through, im dont know that much about the f4is but ive never seen 4 coils go bad at once?

Plug your headlight in and then come back if it still doesn't work.

it was hooked up and working before i took that pic, but did notice that the when u wiggled on of the wires the high beams would flicker
