Bike wont start

So about a week ago i went to ride my bike pulled it out the garage and she fired right up. the second i left off the start button it shut off not even like a stall just died. soi tried it a few more times same thing it would stay running as long as i had my finger on the start button. So i went ate something came back out and it was fine. So i thought that was wierd its been fine all week until today. I rode to school it was fine went to the gas station got a quick snack left was goin across the parkin lot and it died out. so i turned off the key went to start it and the same thing it would die out when i left off the starter so i gave it a few min fired it up and it was fine. got down the road about 1/4 mile and it shut off again pushed it into the parkin lot. tried to start it and nothing. it turns over but the fuel pump isnt priming now. Also all the lights are lit up on my dash except the FI light they like slowly pulse. I Dont know where to start the only thing i can think is my fuel pump went none of this makes any sense to me.

No ideas?

Sounds like the fuel pump may be going out.
What is your battery voltage while cranking?

I really havent had the cahnce to rip it apart yet thursday is going to be when i start. idk the battery voltage it cranks strong and the battery is only a few months old. so i dont think it could be that. So Where would you guys start fuel pump? or from what that link said it could possible be a wiring problem.

I found this after doing a little research on here he said the guy he sold it to changed the ecu and it worked? what do you guys think about that?

doubt its the ecu, but never know.
try this, slap the side of the tank (where your knee goes) with the palm of your hand as you turn the key on. listen for the pump to start. repeat a few times if it doesnt work. if the pump hums, the the pump is going out. if it doesnt hum, then start looking deeper at the relay, connector, and test for power and ground in all the right places. power and ground at the pump= dead pump. no power or ground = something electrical.

so after spending few late nights in my garage i found the problem it was a bad ground in the ;plug where the headlight harness plugs into the main thanks guys
