Default Bike pulls to one side. Suspension settings. HELP!!!!

Ok well i finally got the bike all finished up and took it out for a ride yesterday and notice that it seems to turn easier to one side rather than the other and when i hit bumps it feels funny. Also kind feels like it pulls to one side or something. Anyway, I met up with some friends and we looked over the front end and finally i noticed that, (what im gonna call the towers) the top of the fork tubes where the adj dial is are at different heights. The left one is at like the 4th or 5th line on it and the right one is on like the 3rd line. I looked a friends f4i and i think the stock setting is at the 3rd line? Maybe someone can look at their forks and let me know. Also, how do I get them even and back to normal?!?!?! just turn the dials one way or the other??Here is a pic also so u can see what im talking about......I know its a bad pic, but the top of the left fork israised higherthan the top of the right fork.

to get them back to normal, just take a wrench and turn them both all the way in so that there are no lines showing. then, turn them both out equally so that they are at the same line when you are done. i think that the stock line is 4 but the more you way you will need more preload (less lines showing). as for your bike pulling to one side, is your rear tire straight?

2 things: get them to the same level, and also check if the clipons and frame are attached to the forks at the same height... measure the distance from the clipons to the retainer ring near the top of the fork.
Check out more in the F4i manual

+1 is the rear tire straight? check horizontal and vertical alignment!
