Bigger front brake rotor discs on an F4i?
Are any available? useful? easy to install?
I'm thinking in terms of braking power at the track. Of course nothing can replace skill/guts but what're your opinions?

I might be ignorant but it feels like bigger discs=more brake torque for the same brake pressure. i.e. more stopping power! The other stuff is incremental improvements really, outside my current skill level.
i dont think you san run a larger rotor unless you get aftermarket calipers, but then again i have never seen anyone with larger rotors. well just finished reading up on this the 01-06 cbr f4i runs a 296mm rotor the 03-to current 600rr runs a 310mm. so you could possibly switch out the calipers on the 600rr 03-04 to the f4i cause the first 2 years they ran traditional forks(but you might have to run the rr front wheel). the other option is to do a full swap out of the triple and forks, but i heard this throws the rake out so you could go with a adjustable aftermarket complete triple which would solve the problem.
Are you already running stainless lines and race pads? Could be totally wrong here but I don'tsee how bigger discsequals more stopping power unless you can put brake pads with more surface area on them and/or stronger calipers. Speaking of pads I really like the Vesrah RJL and have lifted the back tire at 100 mph with them.
The biggest thing that will improve the braking power of the F4i is:
- New master cylinder
- Stainless steel brake lines
- A good set of pads.
After that you could get a nice wave rotor, but the above will offer the most noticeable improvement (and you can probably get the above for cheaper than a set of wave rotors).

I think a stiffer MC would help better than bigger rotors. Wouldn't it be the same pressure but spread out over a larger area? I've read the 19x18 or 19x20 brembo offers a much firmer feel (less lever travel).

Yeah, that's used. And you could still buy brake lines and pads for almost half that price.
I bought used Galfer rotors for $140 on Ebay. *giggle*
