Best upgrade for the money
Ok, so i just got my 2006 F4i about a week ago. but im so excited to get upgrades for it....I was wondering what you guys think is the best up for my money. I want a seat cowl for sure because i hate the bannana seat look, then maybe a slip-on? i don't know. also when i do get a slip-on what is the, how to say this, the loudest pipe lol. i like the "2-storke" sounding pipes over the "4-storke dirtbike sound" not sure if that makes sence but yeah, thanks in advance

If you want Loud get D&D. but then everyone will laugh at you because they suck
imo Since you sound fairly new I'd get frame sliders first followed by little things that dont cost much IE windscreen or bar ends that match.
powder coating small pieces is also fairly cheap

I had a D&D for about 2 weeks before I was deaf...people wouldn't ride with me, and the neighborhood hated me.
Why do you want LOUD? Do you want the cops to go...oh hey it's that kid...I remember hearing that ripping through downtown...:where is that siren?:
License, registration and proof of insurance son.

Spend your money wisely...I have a friend who has more money in mods than miles on the odometer...and maybe get a slip-on of your choice or something minor to dress it up. Ride for the enjoyment of riding and not for the look of "upgrades". Seat time is what it's all about.

Frame sliders are a good idea to protect your bike, but
Hands down, the best upgrade for the money is track instruction. "Mod the rider, not the bike." Unless you'realready a sponsored racer, that bike is capable of a lot more than you are, straight stock, so the biggest performance gain will be by improving your riding skills.
