Default best exhaust

Looking for the best slip on exhaust for the money for my 2001 cbr 600 f4i. Any suggestion. How is the Akrapovic? How much does it improve power and sound. Bike is so quiet now its embarassing.

I have a Yosh TRS carbon fiber slipon. Sounds great, although I really want a GP style exhaust for this bike. Bit it has a cool sound, looks great and I had a custom map created on a Dyno that yielded about 100HP at the rear wheel.

Here is a video clip with sound of the dyno tuning, where you can hear the exhaust. Of course the little video clip does not do it justice!

I got my Micron exhaust off ebay pretty cheap, so that's why I went with Micron. Paid $70 for new polished aluminum canister, and then got the rest of the parts directly from Micron which cost me $148. So I paid under $220 for a new Micron exhaust, which retails for like $400 or something.
I was a little bit skeptical about it at first, and I was afraid it was gonna be too quiet.

My other choice I was considering was the Jardine RT-One Race exhaust which you can get for $220 SHIPPED from www.parts411.com which is a hell of deal.

Started it up after I put it on and I was grinning from ear to ear!
Riding the bike was even better.....sounds AWESOME!

Nice deep tone when idling and when you rev it, sounds like a race bike (though they all do...lol).

Before I put the exhaust on, a member on here even sent me a sound clip of his Micron exhaust and the clip doesn't even do it justice. Hearing it in person is totally different.

VERY HAPPY with the Micron exhaust!

I got a Two Bros. Carbon fiber slip on off Ebay for $200 and it sounds sweet. My neighbor has the Yosh. slip on and mine sounds much deeper/meaner. I also like the way the carbon fiber is in a triangular arrangement.

The Two Bros sounds better than the Yosh? Which Yosh was it, and is it a street or race baffle?

Pretty sure it was the RS-3. For some reason it sounded like it had a higher whine to it. I am bias though!HAHA!
