Default Best Coolant?

Just wondering what kind of coolant is the best for the f4i's and what type everyone uses.
Also, I noticed there is two line on the coolant top, which line should it be filled too?

Thanks!

Someone told me of this stuff called ICE COLD or something.....i thought since our bikes burn kind of hot, maybe adding some better coolant might bring the temp down a lil bit.

i just changed mine flushed and replaced with Prestone 50/50 prediluted and now my bike wont go under 211 while riding highway and 222 riding city and 233 (i saw it up there quite some times) while idleing at light. Dont wanna thread jack but anybody knows if theres a wrong way to change coolant or why it could be overheating. thanks in advance

I use Engine Ice. Helps protect against corrosion and sopposed to make bike run cooler but I didnt notice a difference. If you ride on the track you would need a coolant like Engine Ice or plain water. You could also use some Water Wetter with regular coolant as well to help it run cooler as an option.

Is there a draw back to using water? Is that distilled water?

The drawback to using water is that it does not have any corosion fighting agents in it which could damage the coolong system overtime if not maintained. Distilled would be better than tap water. For normal street use I would run a 50/50 mix of water and coolant, or straight Engine Ice or something similar.
