Could you guys tell me a good site to buy stuff for my bike?I've checked the sponsor links, but none stood out much. Any that are really helpful, give discounts, or have rider reviews? I have a01 F4i.

1. I'm looking at these turn signals...

They seem like just normal turn signals, anyone have experience with them? I'm looking for reasonably priced.

2. Also, Is there anyway to cover the passenger seat? I've searched and cant find anything.

3. The hot bodies race fairing seems nice, but is it not street legal? I know it doesn't have a headlight...Can I use my stock fairing for that?

4. Bar ends? Personal preference?

Sry about all the questions, I apologize ahead of time. I'm brand new to the scene and trying to learn. I will do some more searching... Otherwise i may have more questions

The flush mount turn signals you posted look nice but they are not that visible, personally I would go with something small that sticks out from the fairing more. If you looking for a rear seat cover, try targa, just google it. They sell a nice rear cover for the 01-03 f4i. Not sure about the race fairing. Bar ends are pretty much all the same, pick the ones you like best. Hope this helps.

Iron Pony, Supperbike Supply, Charrpell (sp), eBay, just all depends on what you want.

 

Yeah those Targa cowl are expensive, I think thats the only one available for 01-03 f4i. I usually search ebay or do a google search for the items i am looking for. If you know of a specific item you are looking for do a search in this forum, if you can't find it then do a post and ask for opinions. It works for me.

 

I was looking up different stuff, and Trick tape was a good bit lower than other places... I looked up prices from my local cycle center, they sell all of their products at suggested retail... some jackets were hundreds more [:@]

 

When you bought your bike did you try to negotiate jacket, helmet, gloves, or other accessories into the price. I got my stuff for free when i bought the bike.

Of course it helped that my two roomates bought bikes that day also.

 

um, not really... I talked to him about it. But, i decided to just get my own. The bike has two brothers exhaust, power commander,frame sliders,intergrated tailsand new sprocket/chain.

 

Ohh ok. You prob could of got a steal with your equipment if you threw it in.

 

Ya i just bought my new 2001 600 f4i with 600 miles all for $4600 and i asked the old guy if i get a jacket helmet and gloves wit it and he comes out wit a piece of **** pink jacket some work gloves and a half faced helmet so i just through that away wen i got home. haha
